Pearson Scholars are students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and creativity, who are accepted as leaders within their school, and who have the potential to contribute to the global community in the future. They can be distinguished from other students who may have equally high academic results by virtue of their breadth of interest, intellectual energy, and impact on the life of their school and community.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to apply to the Pearson International Scholarship, you must be:
an international student (i.e. a non-Canadian requiring a study permit);
currently in your final year of secondary school
beginning your studies at the University of Toronto in September (students already attending post-secondary studies cannot be considered; students starting their studies in January at another post-secondary institution cannot be considered).

The Quest for Excellence Scholarship Program is a cash scholarship that recognizes students for their ongoing community contributions and pursuit of leadership. Through this scholarship program, RE/MAX Canada is pleased to offer 40 scholarships of $1,000 each to students across Canada (except for Quebec).
Eligible students are invited to write and submit an online essay* up to 1,250 words in length, answering one of the following questions:
What does a “bright future” look like for you?
How have you demonstrated leadership or charity within your community to make it a better place?
How can we ensure fair and affordable housing for all Canadians?
