Expectations for DSBN Summer School Students
**Registration is currently closed. Please contact Guidance for more information**
There is a strict expectation for students to be available and engaged in the learning for all days of their chosen session(s). Do not register if you are planning holidays, vacations, or have considerable employment commitments (outside of co-op placements) that will coincide with the session's timelines. During the 1 month timeframe, students will be expected to work between 3-5 hours a day on their courses to keep up.
It will be the responsibility of each student and their family to ensure that students are available for each day of learning (in-person or online with appropriate internet access.) Avoid registering for E-Learning courses if you cannot ensure you will be able to access the internet (i.e. travelling to a cottage, out of the country, or to another inaccessible location).
Signing up for summer school is a commitment. Students and their families are responsible to meet the time requirements and work through the learning tasks to earn the credit for their chosen courses.
