DDU3A Extras is 'owned' by the DDU3A.Executive.gmail account, (the Executive Vault)
An editor has to be given 'share-permission' to be allowed to make changes to the site.
'Share-Permission' allows the editor to make changes to any part of the site which is why, on becoming an editor, their name is added to the list of editors.
If a DDU3A Group Coordinator wants specific editorial control over their own content AND have a DDU3A specific account, e.g. ddu3aarchitecture@gmail.com, then they can have their own website 'owned' by their own account and using their own 15gb storage where they can store their own content.
DDU3A Extras can link to external websites if required.
Editors will need to be able to 'master' what is a very simple set of built-in tools that allow them to make the content they are asked to publish easily accessible to all.
Editors DO NOT have a responsibility to format or correct content and in some cases will ask that the content is reworked to make it more 'publishable'
Editors are NOT expected to go beyond the the 'simple-publishing' stage to avoid requiring other editors to acquire anything above the supplied tool-set. Whilst there are opportunities to introduce elements such as font coding there is no real requirement and the mission is to 'keep it simple' for the benefit of all
