In Facebook go to Settings > Timeline and Tagging and select ‘Review posts that friends tag you …. ‘ and change to Enable.

Spotify shares what you play publicly. In settings disable ‘Listening Activity’ and ‘Recently Played Artists’. You can also enable ‘Private Session’ and ‘Make Secret’ any of your playlists.
In Windows 10 go to Settings > Privacy and select ‘Activity history’ and deselect ‘Store my activity history. . .’ and ‘Send my activity history to Microsoft’
