There is now the addition of the "random" format break for box breaks. In this type of break, the spot a buyer receives is not known until it is assigned at a later time. These are supported for fixed price breaks, where all spots are randomly assigned once the break is completed, and auctions, where each spot is auctioned one at a time.

Creating a random template break is the same as making a typical pick your team, with a few minor differences
Creating a random break only allows one purchase format (fixed price or auction). Giveaways are not supported in random breaks.
The purchase price for all spots is standardized for fixed price spots.
The seller's queue will not have any spots listed in it until sales are made.
Once all spots in the break are sold, the break can be run. To run a break, the seller will:
Select a number of times to randomize the spot assignments from the queue.
Click "randomize" from that break in the queue. This will produce a popup that displays all spots and buyers in the break and assigns them.
The seller then clicks "randomize" the subsequent number of times based on their original selection. Each time they do, the spots shuffle in the popup.
When the final randomization occurs, the spot assignments are locked for each buyer in the break.
Once a seller starts randomizing the spots, they cannot select a different number to randomize the spots.
There is a "lock" toggle in the queue for the break to lock the following buttons:
randomize button
number of times dropdown
"reassign" buttons in spots (shown only once break spots are assigned)
When a box break has its spots all assigned, if users wish to change spots for any reason you can manually re-assign spots.
For each spot, there is a Reassign button available. This produces a menu of all the spots in the break:
2. Select the team you wish to have the spot reassigned to. This will trade the spots between the two users who had them assigned.
This will update the queue and the buyer's orders for each of these spots once this is performed.
There are no additional confirmations or actions, once another team is selected the reassignment occurs.
You can reassign spots any number of times in a break.

If a seller wishes to randomize the break outside of Drip, they can export the usernames list in the break. This is available from the "view break details" menu:
The export option produces a list of all users who have bought into a break.
A user who has bought into the break multiple times will appear that number of times in the list.
The username list can be exported into a CSV or copied to your clipboard for pasting elsewhere.
If a seller wants to randomize the break outside of Drip, they will still need to assign those spots in Drip for each user to officially have their spot assignments tracked in their orders. To do so, the seller would need to manage the break as follows:
Once the seller has a randomized list of spot assignments for each user (outside Drip), they still need to officially randomize the break in the product at least once.
When the break is randomized in Drip, the seller can manually reassign the spot assignments to the correct output their external list provided.
An auction random break works as follows:
The seller can run one auction at a time from the break queue. The spot being auctioned is unknown to them and all buyers.
Once the auction completes, the buyer who won the auction is shown on screen along with a spin wheel. The spin wheel reveals which spot they are assigned.
Once the spot is assigned, that spot is updated in the break queue with the buyer's information.
When there is only one spot left in the auction (so people know what it will be), the wheel animation does not play.
If an auction has to be re-run, it can be done so right from the break queue.
