Now, with the revamped Social Hub, you can seamlessly connect your social media accounts like Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram once and maintain a persistent connection for easier sharing.
This update allows you to simulcast content and share products across platforms directly from the Seller Hub, driving increased engagement and automated sales through integrated commerce bots.
The Seller Hub has been enhanced with distinct 'Active' and 'Inactive' tabs, clearly categorizing products based on their current status for a more organized overview. Additionally, sellers can now check where each product has been shared on social media, with direct links to both the post and the product page on Drip. For auction items, there is now visibility into how many bids each product has received.
These updates simplify inventory management by providing clearer segmentation and direct access to links. This not only saves time by reducing the need to search through listings but also enhances the ability to quickly reactivate or update inactive products. The ability to track social media shares and auction bids directly from the inventory management page enables sellers to make informed decisions based on product performance and engagement.
The redesigned Add Product popup is now clearer and more user-friendly, featuring intuitive category selection and streamlined options for setting up auctions, direct sales, or giveaways.
Sellers can now manage the quantity for all types of products—Buy It Now, Giveaway, and Auctions—and easily mark an item as active or inactive directly from this popup.
These enhancements significantly reduce the time required to list a new product and improve the overall user experience. The added ability to adjust quantities and toggle product status enhances flexibility, allowing sellers to better manage their product offerings and customize their sales strategies effectively.
Now, the Seller Hub facilitates clearer management of offstream auctions. When listing an item with multiple quantities, the initial quantity for auction appears under the 'Active' tab. Real-time updates provide visibility into the number auctioned and those left, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
Additional quantities not up for auction initially are held under the 'Inactive' tab, clearly visible and ready to be activated as needed. Activation is as simple as tapping 'Make Active,' allowing you to list them in another off-stream auction or incorporate them into a live stream.
Significant enhancements have been made to allow sellers to manage product listings directly within a stream. The user interface (UI) now matches that of the Seller Hub, creating a unified and familiar environment. Sellers can list and unlist items with ease, manage quantities in real-time, and track which items have been sold during the stream.
