Report a bug

When you experience a bug either on the app or web we have two methods to report.

First check the #Known Bugs in discord to add to existing threads on a topic and stay up to date on those.

If a bug is not listed there please report inside #productbugs on discord so we can escalate to engineering.


When we are reporting bugs:

1.  What is being experienced - as specific as possible.

   1. 1. 1. 1. Simply saying it's glitching does not help as much as a video or screenshot of the glitch. 

2. Give us user names of specific users experiencing so we can look into what device they are using.

3. Steps to reproduce is absolutely the most help for us to quickly triage.
