Running Free, composed by Eira Lynn Jones, was about childhood summers as magical adventures. She thought of running free in fields and collecting flowers. She made the song try to remind us of happier days. The song is supposed to remind people of having fun outside in the sun, like on the beach, eating ice cream, or collecting shells and building sandcastles.Â
