For our assigned project, we were put into random groups and assigned to create a 2ft model skeleton. Our skeleton could be made any way we chose, for example, 3D printing, paper mache, cardboard, and others. but it was a must that we had every bone included in our model. Each group divided the work up amongst each other and also helped each other when help was needed. One group member was assigned to complete a scaling assignment. In this assignment, they had to convert the original sizes of a model skeleton into the 1/3 scaled model. Also, each group was tasked with creating a website for our skeletal project. The information we included on the website was each member's name and a picture of themselves, the group's artist statement, and our purpose. I learned during this project, the different sections of the skull and their names, I learned how to 3D print and how to work the program, Ultimaker Cura. I also learned a lot of information about the axial and appendicular skeleton. the axial skeleton consists of the rib cage, vertebrae, and skull. The appendicular skeleton consists of the arms and legs. Below is my group's linked website. (click "website")
