I am Kelsey, and I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been attending Drew since Pre-school and have been living in East Lake since I was a baby. I have met many amazing people attending drew and living within the community. I love animals and have a dog named Millie. I run track, and I am currently trying to learn how to triple jump for this season. I've been working at the East Lake YMCA for almost a year now and I enjoy working with the children. I am planning to study nursing at an undecided university to become a labor and delivery nurse.Â

Anime
Ever since the 'Covid years', I enjoyed anime. My favorite Anime is Naruto. My favorite character is Jiraiya (RIP).Â
Music
I use music daily and it's rare to see me without my headphones. My favorite artist is Kendrick Lamar and my favorite band is The Killers. My favorite song at the moment is New Person, Same Old Mistakes, by Tame Impala.Â
The Vampire Diaries
The Vampire Diaries is my favorite show, and I have watched it at least 4 times. I think of it as my comfort show. My favorite character is, of course, Damon Salvator. Â
Hanging out with my friends
I enjoy going out with my friends, although we don't do it often. we usually go to go shopping, out to eat or enjoy a nice train ride.
My Family
My Family
Along with my mom and dad, I have a 19-year-old sister who attends Georgia State University. I live with my grandma who is my legal guardian and stays in East Lake. Above all, I value taking time to appreciate and create memories with those I love and get to call my family. Â
My Education
My Education
At Drew, I maintain a 4.0 while participating in many extracurricular activities including the BETA club, Mu Alpha Theta, Peer leadership, and many sports. I am also a dual enrollment student at Georgia Piedmont, taking a CNA course. I have a lot of fun in the class and I think it is something I will benefit from for my future career and education. Â
