Peer leadership is a club and class I signed up for in 11th grade, allowing me to mentor a group of 9th graders to prepare them and make them feel comfortable in the new high school setting. Peer leadership has also allowed me to get out of my comfort zone, be more open with those I am unfamiliar with, and gain leadership skills.
