About Me...

Hello! My name is Kayla Denise White and I have attended Drew Charles R. Charter school since I was in kindergarten. One thing you should know about me is that I tend to stay in my own bubble. I like to stay in my own world and get lost in my imagination. It often causes me to distance myself sometimes. I'm a very crafty and artsy person and I have been since I was young. I'm a multi-instrumentalist, a producer, a video editor, a singer, an artist, and I love to dance. I also love to make handcraft projects. (Dioramas, cards, scrapbooking, sculptures) I love Music technology and CGI/animation, and I love movies as well and I hope that I can incorporate them in the future. Finally, I love to be involved with my community and I love learning about others' stories as well. I'm also the youngest of four siblings.

Goals...

I have changed my goals more than once and now that I'm in the 12th grade I see just how much I've changed. At first I was extremely unrealistic, I wanted to do everything in the arts, which isn't possible. It doesn't necessarily mean that I will give up on building my skills and pushing toward being able to do multiple things in my career. Now that I'm older, I understand that I can only do so much in one day. My main goals are to graduate college with a degree in CGI/Film & Animation and minor in Buisness or Music Buisness related. So far, I've started trying to push myself in those directions though networking and eventually I want to create my own animation/film and Music Label. On the side, I'm always going to preform and I'm always going to be a musician. So, I would love to extend myself into writing and producing for myself and other artists as well. However, I can only go one step at a time! I hope to make a big impact in the film, animation and music industries and I hope to inspire those and to help those as well. Wish me Luck!

I painted and designed the Letter L in Lives w/ Destinie Johnson and Designed/painted and directed the Hispanic & Latine Lives Matter fist for the Black lives Matter Mural at Drew Charter.
