Assignment description

For this assignment we would post photos of ourselves completing challenges throughout the week for extra credit. This assignment was one of the first assignments in the class and one of the first assignments I completed during quarantine. I did a number of different exercises. This assignment, influenced me to start caring more about my health and start doing more exercises.

Assignment Description

This was an event that included all Personal fitness classes. We would create a exercise plan and have volunteers participate in each of the events throughout our school's Gym. The challenges were pretty hard, when I did them myself, and they were for a certain amount of time. This assignment was the final assignment for the year and it was also a very bizarre assignment in the sense that it was during covid but also not during covid. Overall, it was a very good leaning experience.
