BETA Club

I was inducted into BETA in the 9th Grade and attended the high school beta convention for the first time in tenth grade. The beta category I chose was Service learning with the theme if radiate. I showed and explained Drew's Beta Club community service activities on a trifold board. I also participated in Chirsten Nash skit for BETA President.

Step Up

Step Up is an all girls support group for high schoolers where people come to speak to girls about their careers and teach us different life skills.

Book Buddies

Every month a group of students walks down to the Drew Charter Elementary Academy to read books to the kindergartners.

Deca

DECA is a business club. During the spring we study different subjects including marketing, leadership, finance, hospitality, and career development to prepare for the convention. I helped start the first DECA club at my school in 2024. In November we got the club approved with the Principal and Deans. I am also the VP of Marketing.

Future Successors

I have also been apart of Future Successors for 4 years. I have completed a lot of community service with Future Successors. For example, I donated and packaged shoes with Soles for Souls, planted trees with Trees of Atlanta, made care packages for the homeless, and many more. I also participate in the annual golf fundraiser. In 2023 I recieived the student of the Year award and in 2024 I got the chance to speak at the Annual Gala.

Leadership Academy of 100 Black Men of Dekalb

I have been apart of Leadership Academy for 4 years. My first year I participated in a stock market challenge and received $100 for a bank account. Later that year my friend and I opened for the National Convention of 100 Black Men.

Shine 2 Inspire

Shine 2 Inspire is an organization that mentors the youth. I participated in their annual golf tournament in Orlando, Florida of November 2024.
