What is art? Art could and can be many different things. 1The literal definition of art although is "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power." 2 Though these words say art could be ANYTHING used to express yourself, Who is to define art?3 Art is almost like an extension of your self- although some things are plain ridiculous anything from an artistic view is theoretically art. 4 Don't let anyone or anything define or limit your creativity. 5

My element was nitrogen, the element can be used in light hence the street lights and it also has a property that can freeze dry things hence the snow.

The mandalas are used as a map representing deities.  These artworks can be related to numerous of cultures and religious practices. Practices mainly include meditation. Commonly used in the real world as homage to their cultures and God's- this can be seen through the various colors they used to represent different Gods characteristics. The principals of design represented throughout the mandalas are color, pattern and variety. The art is bustling with color while having a beautiful pattern adorned with shaped. To represent an atom you can utilize the circular shape and make rings - like valence electron shells.

This year in art I've been taught- ironically how to be more descriptive with my descriptions and written works. So far some projects that I've done that demonstrate that I understand principals of design and elements of art are the typography, its elementary and mandala projects. The typography project demonstrated variety , this was shown through the multiple colors symbols .Its elementary was emphasis, because the main focus was the element I had to emphasize certain focuses throughout my art work. Mandalas balance. . To experiment with different processes I do trial and fails- most times I do many drafts to see what my final best fit  is. We've learned about mandalas - mandalas are a geometric figure representing the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism.

Borax is a  form of salt that dissolves in water. Borax contains boron and oxygen. Hot water is used because it helps the solvent dissolve more. As the water cools the borax forms crystals. My 3D structure is dynamic because it is flexible and it moves - it isn't stiff.
