Geometry Unit 2 Project

This purpose of this project was to apply our knowledge of trigonometry in the real world. We connected triangles by using points on a map such as grocery stores and hospitals. We also reflected on the project by looking at the two different neighborhoods, Buckhead and Cascade Heights, and determined the distance from convenience stores and healthcare buildings. Apparently, high end neighborhoods have better access to healthcare and convenience stores rather than low end neighborhoods. Finally, we wrote a letter to a fake representative discussing the unfair problems associated with high vs low end neighborhoods.
