About Me

My name is Imari Ricks. I am a senior at Drew Charter School. I have been at Drew since 1st grade. My favorite color is blue, and I love tacos. I am a huge animal lover. I have had multiple pets in my lifetime. I currently have a dog named Angel who is 5 years old. I like to cook and learn new recipes. My favorite recipe is shrimp scampi. I enjoy mind games, thus I excel in puzzles, word searches, and mazes. I love to travel with my family. I have been to Mexico, Jamaica, Cuba, and etc. I am an avid book reader. The genre of books I prefer is romance and fictional history. I have been a cheerleader for many years. I have cheered for Drew for 6 years. I am also an harpist. I was introduced to the instrument by my sister.

I will be graduating highschool May 18, 2024. I plan to attend Valdosta State University.

I am apart of the Urban Youth Harp Ensemble. I enjoy playing this beautiful instrument because it brings me peace.

I traveled to Disneyland for my 16th Birthday. I went with my sister(left) and my mom(right).

This was halloween night of 2022. I was with my friend and we carved pumpkins. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I celebrate it by hanging with friends.

This is when I recived my Letterman jacket. This was before the first basketball game. It was also the Homecoming game.

This is a picture of my dog Angel. She was a birthday gift for when I turned 12. She is a havanese and is 5 years old.
