Drew is an excellent school for students who want to tap into their artistry and for a family feel environment. It is very small compared to other schools, but that's something I like about the school. Drew has a great STEAM program. The arts are a really important aspect of a school in my opinion. It's a way for you to express yourself, and to be you with no or less judgment. When I attended Drew Charter I was in the 5th grade, so I didn't have an option or say so about what school I wanted to attend. When I think about it now that I'm older and understand things I would choose Drew because of the education and the opportunities they have available for students, also Drew's college readiness program. Drew will make sure you have all the resources you need to be prepared for college. For me, having a connection with my teachers and concealers is a big part of high school and the experience. The staff at Drew are great to form connections with. Teachers that I had in the 5th grade still ask about me and see how I'm doing. My Drew experience has been great so far, and I wouldn't change anything about my experience and the path I'm taking.
