Table Saw

The process was each student took a piece of wood cut it to be smooth and then we cut it to be sice size 

Planer

To get a nice and smooth look for both sides of the wood to be even we used the planer to get a smoother and even finish

Biscuit Jointer

I had to soon use the Biscuit joiner and wood glue in order to assemble the pieces of wood together and was soon clamped to this fresh look the next day

Sanding and filling with wood putty 

The las step was sanding We used a sander to get our wood nice and smooth with a somewhat finished look

Using Milter Saw To Cut Down Sides

After sanding the wood glue we all then went to cut the edges and make sides for the stand and completion 

Assembling with the nail gun and Glue

After cutting all sides and  sanding the edges we applied glue and used the nail gun to have it stick to  all sides

Wood Puddy The Seams

We used wood putty to cover all seams and will soon be sanding to give it a finished look.

Sanding Wood Putty 

This is the result of sanding the wood putty giving it a way better finish and with filled seems.

Staining 

After sanding for the final time we decided to sand our pieces Dark walnut and which came in this very nice color.

Leg Creation 

Today we created the legs for our table stand and that took precise cutting on the table saw.

After Sanding some of the pieces we decided to curve them we also had to use the bandsaw to get them precise and nice
