I love collaboration and being active in track for several reasons. The teamwork in track creates a strong sense of camaraderie. Even though many events are individual, everyone’s effort contributes to the team’s success. This supportive environment helps us push each other to improve and celebrate achievements together. Track also promotes personal growth and discipline. It teaches perseverance, goal-setting, and self-improvement. Every practice and competition helps me become better, both physically and mentally. Being active in track keeps me fit and full of energy. The physical activity is rewarding and helps reduce stress, improve my mood, and enhance overall well-being.
