Finally, I would like to note how algebra can be used in a wide range of careers, not limited to medical or mathematic careers. Algebra is also highly useful in science careers, and many others.

This was essentially a rough draft to our final presentation. We had to research real world examples of exponential decay and growth. My two choices were economic and environmental. 

This is the final presentation of my exponential growth and decay project. For exponential growth I used an example of taking a loan and interest increasing the amount you owe back to the bank. For exponential decay I used the polar bear population decrease as an example, showing a steady population decrease. I particularly liked the example I used for decay because it brings awareness to a real world problem, animal endangerment and habitat loss.
