Students will be divided into groups to construct a skit about the sliding filament model of muscle contraction.

Skits must include the following:

The roles of: 1) acetylcholine 2) calcium 3) troponin and tropomyosin and 4) ATP

Skits must demonstrate the following:

1) cross bridge formation 2) the relative movements of myosin and actin and 3) cross bridge release
