This is the loom and bracelet I made in art
Hand made bracelet for a friend made out of knots
In world history, we created bricks made of clay that we found in the courtyard of the school. We also create simple structures made out of bamboo. This is indicative of the Many steam activities we do at this school that incorporate different aspects of every course that we take. We created bricks how they were made during ancient civilizations such as Ancient Mesopotamia, Indus river valley, Egypt, and china
My first app I built from scratch. It is a photo liking and commenting app.
In chemistry, we have been discussing the different types of bonds. These bonds include ionic, covalent, and metallic. Covalent bonding is responsible for the bonding of dyes and paints to papers, fabric, etc. My art above shows the covalent molecule nitrogen. I chose to do this because I really like watching racing and nitrous oxide is used to boost engine efficiency. My art includes a lot .of shading and watercolors I created this by sketching and pencil first then going back with watercolors to finish it off.
In class we created an artwork that bridged chemistry and art. I created an animation of how a piston works when nitrous oxide is added. The principle of design I used was color which I used to accurately represent oxygen fuel and nitrous oxide. I included what my tinker CAD model looked like inside the piston and in the key. A lot of artists use "Flipanim" to create quick and simple animations.
The columbian exchange was the transfer of goods, people and spices from Europe to the Americas. During this project we were assigned a hemisphere and could only use ingredients from the hemisphere to create a delicious meal.
This project helped ingrain the certain ingredients each hemisphere used and how they were traded across the ocean.
Our painting incorporates Guernica's style of cubism by adding different shading and contrasting values. We also made sure to add in learning putting certain objects on top of others to make sure they pop out. During the shading process we used multiple different styles of shading including crosshatching and blending.

Born august 26 1958 andy warhol created numerous artworks which contained bright colors and eye catching contrasts. He is most well known for his portrait of maryln monroe which was comprised of of bright eyecatching colors including hot pink and a vibrant yellow for her hair. He is also known for his painting of campbell soup which showed his passion for painting ordinary things. When exhibiting this peice he hung it up to resemble shelves of a grocery store. Another famous series of his was his paintings of chairman mao of china. He painted them to commemorate nixons meeting with him ending decades of tension with the chinese. It was also a sneak diss since he added makeup to him and graffiti splashes to represent the freedom of expression compared to the easts propoganda.
Throughout this project we learned how to finance based off of our monthly incomes and how to save for the future
I decided to create a piece of art that would really stand out to compared other works due to its fluorescent colors that naturally draw the viewers eyes. My artwork is based off of Andy Warhol’s pop art. I used the same ideas of Warhol's printing technique but instead of silk printing I decided to use a stamp to create my print. Warhol often used repetition to represent grocery shelves which is a comment on America’s consumer culture. Often with his prints he would add small details to each individual box. I decided to do the same thing to give each print a sense of individuality and uniqueness. Throughout This project I learned how to create a negative image on the stamp to create what I wanted on paper.
