Mi companera y yo creamos un presentacion acerca de Isabel Allende. Allende es un heroe hispano porque ella es una autora y derechos de mujeres activista. Nosotros tivimos que investigar Allende antes de creamos el presentación. Fue dificil descubrir quien ella enemigos eran así que nosotras generalizamos ella enimigos. Nosotras tambien tivimos que presentar en espanol y estar preparada a respuesta preguntas en espanol. 

My partner and I created a presentation about Isabel Allende. Allende is a Hispanic hero because she is an author and women's rights activist. We had to research Allende before creating the presentation. It was difficult to discover who her enemies were so we generalized her enemies. We also had to present in Spanish and be prepared to answer questions in Spanish.

I made an informal presentation about the air pollution problem in Mexico city. In my presentation I included information about Mexico City's population, their geographic location, and how the government is trying to solve the air pollution problem.

Yo cerear una presentacion informal sobre el problema de la contaminacion del aire en la Mexico D.F. En mi presentacion incluye informacion sobre la poblacion de Mexico D.F, su ubicacion geografica, y como el gobierno esta tratando de rseolver el problema de la contamincacion del aire.

In Spanish, I read a paragraph about someones daily routine and then I wrote the definitions of words I may not know. After that, I wrote two paragraphs about my daily routine.

En mi clase de espanol, lei un parrafo sobre la rutina diaria de alguien y luego escribi el definiciones de palabras que no conocer. Despues de eso escribi dos parrafos sobre mi rutina diaria,

In Spanish, I made a presentation about the baroque painter, Jose de Ribera. In this activity, I learned more about the baroque style of painting and I learned who Ribera was as a person. I had to present this to the class, so I had to learn more than what was on my slides so I could answer questions in Spanish. It was hard finding paintings that looked different because they all had a common theme of religion, and darkness into light. 

En espanol, hice una presentation sobre el pintor barroco Jose de Ribera. En esta actividad aprendi mas sobre el estilo de pintura barroca y supe quien era Ribera como persona. Tuve queue presentar esto a la clase, asi queue tuve que aprender mas de lo queue estaba en mis diapositivas para poder responder preguntas en espanol. Fue dificil encontrar pinturas que parecieran diferentes porque todad tienian un tema comun la religion y la oscuridad en luz.

In my Spanish class, I researched problems people faced in the hispanic world so I could make an app to help them out. In this project, I chose to make an app to find affordable healthcare for those in rural areas. I had to learn many new terms about physical health and medicine in order to do this project. It was hard thinking of what app to create but once I figured it out, it became fun. 

En mi clase de espanol, investique los problemsque enfrentaban las personas en el mundo hispano para poder  crear una aplicacion que los ayudara. En este proyecto, elegi crear una aplicacion para encontrar atencion medica asequible para quenes viven en zonas rurales.  Tuve que aprender muchos terminos nuevos sobre salud fisica y medicina para poder realizar este proyecto. Fue dificil pensar que aplicacion crear pero una vez que lo descubri, see volvio divertido. 

In my spanish class, I had to look up a problem going on in another country and read three different articles about it. I chose articles about protests in Peru. I chose articles that served different purposes, for example one was informative about the problem and why the protests were happening,  and the other was about how to stay safe during these protests. 

En mi clase de espanol, tuve que buscar un problema que estaba sucediendo en otro pais y leer tres articulos diferentes al respecto. Elegi articulos que tenian diferentes propositos, por ejemplo, uno era informativo sobre el problema y por que estaban ocurriendo las protestas, y el otro trataba sobre como mantenerse seguro durante esetas protestas.
