Dear attendees,
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Kingdom of Drachenwald's Autumn Crown Tournament in October 2025.
If you have any food restrictions, allergies, or access requirements, please declare these when first booking your place.
Food restrictions include: being vegetarian or vegan, diet restrictions due to religious obligations, food-related allergies, and food intolerances. All food restrictions will be disclosed to the cooks.
Examples of access requirements: needing accessible accommodation for a wheelchair user, how many stairs a person can manage, temporary disabilities like using crutches for broken leg, or needing a bed with a nearby power socket for a CPAP machine. The reservations team will use information on access requirements when allocating beds.

Please remember to bring your own towel. Bedding is provided.
Please bring LED tealights or LED candles. There are no candles or live flame allowed on site.
If your baby or small child needs a travel cot, please bring one with you.
There is a car park to the side of the site, opposite the side entrance by the kitchen.
After parking up, please go to the main hall to check in.
On the way to your room, please go to the mezzanine to pick up a duvet cover, sheet and pillowcase for your bed.
Please strip your beds, and place the duvet cover, sheet and pillowcase in the corridor. Fold the duvet and leave it on the bed with the pillows.
The site closes at 12 noon on Sunday.
The health of all people on site is a priority. This includes our attendees, event team and site staff.
Please do not attend if you have contracted an infectious disease, including but not limited to: Covid-19, influenza, measles, chicken pox, mumps, or whooping cough (pertussis).
If you become unwell while on site, please inform both the event and reservation stewards and then leave the site.
If an attendee has to cancel their reservation due to illness before they arrive on site, refunds will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

All people attending Autumn Crown must abide by the Drachenwald Code of Conduct (pdf).
Please use the facilities that you feel most comfortable using. If you have concerns about unchivalrous behaviour in relation to use of facilities please notify the stewards as promptly as possible.
Please report any other issues to the co-stewards (Valda ingen Cháemgein or Catlin le Mareschale). If reporting after the event ends, please email autumncrown2025@drachenwald.sca.org.
There are unisex toilets (rest rooms) and shower facilities on each floor with bedrooms. There are segregated toilets on the ground floor, adjacent to the main hall. Attendees are welcome to use the toilets most appropriate to their lived gender.
The event's activities are taking place on the ground floor and outside at Ingestre Hall. Accommodation for attendees is on upper floors only.
