Staying on site

The accommodation for the event is on the upper floors at Ingestre Hall itself. Rooms come in a variety of sizes from dorm rooms, to rooms which are smaller and have en-suite facilities. 

• Up to 100 people may stay on site overnight  (to comply with fire regulations). There are 100 beds available for people wishing to stay on site. 

• There are a small number of beds in rooms that are accessible via lift. These rooms will be allocated to people who declare access requirements when booking.   

• All bedding is provided by the site, but please bring your own towel. 

• Due to the nature of the site there are no candles or live flames allowed.
  LED tealights or LED candles are ok.

• No pets are allowed on site. 

• Due to site restrictions, there is no camping (e.g. staying in tents or sleeping in RVs) or crash space permitted on site.

Staying off site

The Hall can accommodate up to 150 people on site during the day, to comply with its fire regulations. There's plenty of room for people who wish to day trip or stay off site.
