Magnet Principals and Coordinators should seek out and/or develop and routinely offer professional development relevant to the school's theme for all staff.

• Include all staff, not just teachers as everyone plays a role in supporting the magnet theme and in word of mouth marketing

• Find ways to incorporate theme related material into other required PD and the work of PLC groups
