Raiders is a physical fitness team that focuses on running, cross-fit, and endurance training. The team competes in 5-10 events each year, where they test their strength and stamina in different challenges. One of the biggest events is the national competition in Black Hills, ND, where they compete against other top teams. The Raider team has had great success, earning 2nd place in 2024r and 2nd place in 2022. Their hard work and team spirit help them do well in these tough competitions.
Raiders not only focus on physical fitness but teamwork in performing challenging activities such as obstacle courses, rope bridges, and endurance tests.

Mondays, 6:30 - 7:40 AM
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:40 AM
Fridays, 6:30 - 7:40 AM
During practices, the raiders team complete various physical activities such as running, push ups, sit ups, rope bridge and more.
