Junior year in AVID build on the previous two years, as well as, incorporating further and more targeted SAT prep, and destressing techniques, college prompts, analyzing skills, writing personal statement essays, peer editing, scholarship research, college research, and career research

Juniors will continue to work on the previous years skills and really focus on SAT skills and college and career prep. We work on preparing for the college application process by talking with teachers to get recommendation letters, create personal statement essays, start applying to scholarships and reviewing what scholarships will need in the future, and continue to look at options in different careers and what requirements we will need now and in the future.
