• Respond with engagement to PBL types of curriculum

• Be impacted when facing challenge for the first time, assuming school should be easy

• be underachieving even with high grades (see school work as mundane)

• Have perfectionism that impacts motivation

• meet challenges with persistence and creativity

• Appear lazy (capable, but does not demonstrate ability when asked to produce work)

• Choose to engage only in topics or activities that are personally interesting
