All fully identified gifted students with an Advanced Learning Plan (ALP) work toward affective goals each year. Isabella Bird aligns its affective goals with Second Step curriculum which is taught within each grade level classroom. Students choose from the following areas: self awareness, self management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making.
The GT Department facilitate family nights to learn how to support your gifted child. You need to sign up to receive the link. I will post sessions after they happen, in case you miss them. Click the image to the right for the links.
