Science Space is a not-for-profit hands-on science centre located on the University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus.
As they are unable to host schools for excursions onsite they have been keen to help support local teachers with STEM programs in other ways. In partnership with one of their sponsors South32, Science Space has been busily preparing a new Takeaway STEM initiative to support student learning in the classroom and for those who may still learning remotely at home.
Based on the Stage 2 Living World curriculum, they are helping SPX take part in a Takeaway STEM initiative. They have been able to offer the full program FREE of charge to your Year 3/4 students thanks to generous sponsorship from South 32.
