Welcome to Week 2!

Year 2 is to be congratulated for the exceptional work they are putting into their remote learning. We are both very impressed with the work that we have seen.

We are slowly transitioning to using Google Classroom to share most of our work, so be sure to check in with the task to see where you need to share it. We will occasionally continue to use Seesaw, especially for Maths. We will always be very clear about where your work is to be shared, so just check before your post your work.

Keep up the great work. Week 2 is going to be exciting as we move into learning about Bees, and this links with your Science where you will be learning about habitats this term.

Welcome back to Term 2!

We hope you found some interesting and fun ways to spend your school holidays at home. We have been busy getting ready for a new term of learning, and we are excited about the new learning we will do in Year 2 this term.

Most of our learning will be on Google Classroom, so you will just need to check the name of the task on your weekly overview to make sure you are on the right track. Occasionally we will use Seesaw to share our work, and you can always ask simple questions on Seesaw. We will do our best to get back to you. As always, do what you can do. We are still here as your teachers, so if you need some help please let us know. Remember to get into the green zone so that you are ready to learn, and use a growth mindset. You are all very clever people. We don't mind if you make mistakes, or if it takes you a few tries before you get something. This is LEARNING. Remember, we have school to LEARN, not because we already know.
