PAYROLL
We are paid bi-weekly on Fridays. Dorian’s workweek begins on Monday at 12:00 a.m. and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Direct Deposit is mandatory for all employees.
Dorian takes precautions to ensure that employees are paid correctly. In the event of an error, we will make every attempt to correct the error no later than your next regular pay period. Employees should notify the Payroll Department of any suspected error as soon as possible.

MEDICAL BENEFITS
Seasonal employees are eligible for medical if they work 1560 hours or greater in a calendar year
Full-Time employees are eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following 60 days of service. Open enrollment is in July of each year.
Medical – Premera Dorian offers 2 options; an HDHP or PPO plan. Dorian will pay 90% of the employee's premium.
Dental – Delta Dental Dorian will pay 75% of your premium
FSA (with a PPO health plan or limited with a HDHP) – Flexible compensation offers you Medical Expense and/or Dependent Care expense reimbursement to be claimed pre-tax
HSA (offered with a HDHP) - Health Savings Account offers employees the opportunity to defer money pre-tax for health care expenses. This money can also roll from year to year if not spent.
Cafeteria Plan – Agreement to purchase benefits with pre-tax compensation
401K & PROFIT SHARE PROGRAM
Employees are eligible for 401K and profit sharing after one year of service and 1000 hours
Open enrollment is quarterly
Historically, Dorian has matched $0.50 on the dollar up to 6%. The match is discretionary and could vary.Â
Dorian also has a very generous profit sharing program. The profit sharing program is discretionary and could vary from year to year.Â
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Conflict Resolution
Dorian Studio has established the following procedure for lodging a complaint of harassment, discrimination or retaliation. The company will treat all aspects of the procedure confidentially to the extent reasonably possible.
Try to resolve the issue with the person, talk to them letting them know how you feel and ask them to stop the behavior. If the issue is physical abuse, do not approach the person. If your attempt to resolve the issue yourself does not work, talk to your immediate supervisor.
If you are unable to find resolution through step one. Complaints should be submitted in writing to HR personnel. HR personnel may assist the complainant in completing a written statement and/or dictate the verbal complaint, if unable to submit in writing.
Upon receiving a complaint or being advised by a supervisor or manager that violation of this policy may be occurring, HR personnel will notify senior management and review the complaint.
HR personnel will initiate an investigation to determine whether there is a reasonable basis for believing that the alleged violation of this policy occurred.
During the investigation HR personnel, together with other management employees, will interview the complainant, the respondent and any witnesses to determine if the alleged conduct occurred.
Upon conclusion of an investigation, HR personnel or other person conducting the investigation will submit a report of his or her findings to the complainant and respondent.
