League Roster Sheets
Creating roster sheets is something that we will do for every league job. The roster sheets document is used in the field for lining up subjects and determining which team is being photographed. They are also used at the lab to match subjects on the back end.Â
This video below will show you how to create these roster sheets through Timestone.
This is how the data from your file will be mapped onto the roster sheet
If Pick-A-Time info is provided, you will need to alter your item sheet generation settings so that they are ordered by the Photography order. The image to the right shows you the correct sorting options you should select if you need to do this.
You will need to sort the coaches for each team by the order in which they are being photographed. This "order"/number should be attached to the coach record in the District_ID field, as the coach record is the information that will be used to populate the coach cover sheet.
It is very important that we pad the "Photography Order" to 3 digits with leading zeroes so that the sheets can be ordered correctly (highlighted in Red)
You will need to pad District_ID to 3 in Dorian Ops if the photography order is provided.
