“What is the bravest thing you’ve ever said?” asked the boy.
“Help,” said the horse.
“Asking for help isn’t giving up,” said the horse. “It’s refusing to give up.”

This September 10, we observe World Suicide Prevention Day—a day dedicated to raising awareness about suicide prevention and challenging the stigma and silence that often surround it.
This year, we continue to change the narrative.
"We are shifting from a culture of silence and stigma to one of openness, understanding, compassion, and support". Changing the narrative means creating spaces where people feel safe to speak about what they are going through, ask for help, and know that they do not have to face their struggles alone.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of courage.
You are not meant to struggle alone. Together, we can break the stigma, break down barriers, and build a community where mental health is openly discussed, support is accessible, and every person feels seen, heard, valued, and supported.
Together, let us change the narrative.
Together, let us choose openness.
Together, let us choose support.
Together, let us choose hope.
