The scholarship renewal and processing of CURRENT GRANTEES who are required to process their grants manually for Term 1, AY 2023-2024 will be conducted ONSITE at the Henry Sy Sr. Hall, 5th Floor (PARDO HALL) from SEPTEMBER 19-23, 2023.
NOTE: SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS include walk-in scholars whose time slots conflict with class schedules, official class activities, etc

The Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) has released an announcement regarding the ONSITE Renewal and Processing of Scholarship Grants for Term 1, AY 2023-24 via Help Desk Announcement (HDA).
The scholarship renewal of CURRENT GRANTEES who are required to process their grants manually will be conducted ONSITE at the Henry Sy Sr. Hall, 5th Floor (PARDO HALL) from SEPTEMBER 19 to 23, 2023.
To ensure and maintain safety, the following schedule will be strictly enforced:
*Special accommodations include walk-in scholars whose time slots conflict with class schedules, official class activities, etc.
Important Reminders
Only scholars who were NOT INCLUDED in the automatic scholarship renewal process are required to participate in the onsite renewal activity.
To check if the scholarship has been AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED, scholars must access their MLS account. CHECK the details under “View Assessment” starting SEPTEMBER 18 (MONDAY). If a Credit Reference Number (RF) has been credited to the total tuition and fees, it means that the scholarship has already been processed.
ALL SCHOLARS must present the following documents at the onsite renewal:
Two (2) copies of Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) for Term 1, AY 2023-24
A printed copy of the complete MLS Grades
Copy of the Scholarship Memo/s previously issued to the scholar (for those who submitted a Letter of Request for Scholarship Consideration)
Processing of scholarship grant MUST be done by the scholar. In case a representative transacts on the scholar’s behalf, an Authorization Letter and a valid ID of BOTH the scholar and the representative must be presented at the venue.
The Certificate of Support (COS) will be issued at the venue during the onsite processing. There will also be a representative from the Office of Chief Finance Officer (OCFO) to receive tuition and fees payments.
