Scholarship slots shall be offered to college students taking up courses directly supporting bank operations such as Accountancy, Accounting Information System/ Technology, Internal Auditing, Marketing, Financial Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics/ Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science/ Technology, Information Systems/ Technology."
1. Graduating Grade 12 student from public/private school
2. Latest General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 90% or its equivalent
3. No parent currently employed/assigned in Security Bank
4. No other family member currently admitted to the scholarship within second degree of consanguinity or affinity
5. No other existing scholarship except for discounts provided by schools
6. Must enroll in any of the 8 partner schools in NCR:
- Ateneo De Manila University
- Chiang Kai Shek College
- De La Salle University – Manila
- Far Eastern University – Manila
- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
- Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila
- University of the Philippines – Diliman

DOST JLSS Scholarship
"To be eligible for the DOST JLSS Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a Filipino citizen
2. Graduate from high school with an average grade of at least 85%
3. Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or technology-related field
4. Have a family income that does not exceed the specified cut-off values
5. Must be of good moral character and in good health.
6. Have not applied for a DOST-SEI scholarship before or have applied for a DOST-SEI scholarship before but did not qualify to the scholarship or have qualified for a DOST-SEI scholarship but did not avail of the award.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. REGULAR second year college male and female students enrolled in a DOST-SEI priority S&T course at identified universities in the Second Semester of AY 2023-2024:
2. Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83% or its equivalent and with no conditional or failing mark from the First Semester of First Year until the First Semester of Second Year in college, including in the midyear terms, if enrolled.
3. Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
4. Must be of good moral character and in good health.
May have applied for/taken the Undergraduate Scholarship Examination but DID NOT QUALIFY for the scholarship.

ABOITIZ FUTURE LEADERS
To qualify for the purposive college scholarship, the applicant must:
1. Be a full-time incoming freshman of an eligible college or university
2. Be pursuing a degree identified by the Foundation
3. Have a (GPA/GWA) of at least 88% with no failing and incomplete grade.
4. Not have a record of any form of disciplinary action; and,
5. Be able to accomplish the online application form and submit the complete requirements on time.

1. A certified true copy of the applicant’s most recent grade available upon the opening of the application process

Applications will be evaluated by Aboitiz Foundation, Inc.
1. Shortlisted applicants shall take an exam conducted by a third-party provider.
2. Shortlisted applicants shall undergo a panel interview to be conducted by Aboitiz Foundation, Inc.
3. Successful applicants will be notified via phone or email.
Applicants should fully disclose during the application all active scholarships he/she is enjoying and/or applications for other scholarships he/she is actively pursuing.
No scholar shall enjoy two or more scholarships may it be within the group or external except for Academic Scholarships offered by the institution where the scholar is enrolled. Scholars who opt for the scholarship other than the program discussed in this document shall be disqualified for Aboitiz Foundation, Inc.'s Scholarship Program.
CHED Merit Scholarship
Eligibility:
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Graduating Senior high school students/High school graduate
3. If Graduating: Grade 11 (1st sem + 2nd sem Grades) + 1st semester of Grade 12 then grade is computed as: ((General Average of Grade 11 1st sem + 2nd sem)) + General Average of grade 12) (divide by) ÷ 3)
4. If Graduated Grade 12, then grade is computed (1st semester + 2nd semester grades of G12 (divide by) ÷ 2) as G12 GWAGeneral Weighted Average (GWA):
5. For Full State Scholarship Program (FSSP) and Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance(FPESFA), GWA must be 96% or its equivalent
6. For Half-SSP and Half-PESFA, GWA must be atleast 93% to 95% or its equivalent.
7. Combined annual gross income of parents/guardian not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand (PhP400,000.00) or solo parent/guardian whose annual gross income does not exceed the said amount;
8. In highly exceptional cases where income exceeds PhP400,000.00, the CHEDRO StuFAPs Committee shall determine the merits of the application
9. Enroll in CHED Priority Course. (CMO No. 7, S. 2023)
10. Aside from the requirements in 1, 2, and 3, those student applicants belonging to the underprivileged, orphans, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), solo parents and senior citizens, and Indigenous Peoples (IPs), shall submit certifications and/or Identification Cards (IDs) issued by the appropriate offices or agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Duly certified true copy of Birth Certificate
2. Academic Requirements - any one of the following:
- Duly certified true copy of Senior High school report card (G12 Graduate)
- Duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of grade 12 for graduating high school students. (G12 Graduating)
3. Income Requirements of Parents/Guardian - any one of the following:
- Latest ITR of parents or guardian if employed
- Certificate of Tax Exemption from the BIR
- Certificate of Indigency of Parents/Guardian from their Barangay
- Certificate/Case Study from DSWD
- Latest copy of contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and seafarers.
NOTE:Must avail only one government funded financial assistance program.
