Scholarship renewal needs to be done in order for OAS to assess if the scholarship can be retained given that all requirements for the specific scholarship were met. Renewal should be done in order for the tuition to be reflected in the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) and the grant can be deducted accordingly.

Finalize your enrollment within online enrollment/adjustment period. The last day of online adjustment is on SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 (SATURDAY).
A separate Help Desk Announcement (HDA) will be posted for the ONSITE MANUAL PROCESSING OF SCHOLARSHIPS.
Check if your scholarship grant is included in the list below.
If your scholarship grant is NOT enumerated in this list, please ensure to process your grant MANUALLY/ONSITE.
Check your compliance with the following conditions:
(a) complete adherence to the policies and guidelines of your respective scholarship grant
(b) active enrollment during the previous term (Term 3, AY 2022-23)
If ALL conditions are met, check your RF via "View Assessment" facility of your MLS account starting SEPTEMBER 18, 2023 (AUTO-RENEWED STUDENTS).
Once your RF is viewable in your MLS account, you may pay the outstanding balance via accredited payment partners of the University.
Make sure to pay your outstanding balance on or before OCTOBER 2, 2023, (MONDAY). Payments made AFTER this date will incur applicable surcharges.
Note: Payment without surcharge is until SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 for regular students; OCTOBER 2, 2023 for scholars.
Partial Scholars MUST send proof of payment to the Finance and Accounting Office (FAO) or the Office of the Chief Finance Officer (OCFO) to secure the Official Receipt (OR).
Ensure that ALL REMAINING BALANCES in your tuition and fees are paid and all applicable RF and OR are reflected in your MLS account BEFORE the automatic dropping period.Failure to process their scholarships will be AUTOMATICALLY DROPPED BY THE SYSTEM.
