Practice Slow Work

Everything we repeatedly say to ourselves, either out load or in our thoughts are affirmations. As a mindfulness habit, affirmations are positive phrases you say to yourself describing who and how you want to b, using the present tense, as though the outcome has already occurred.
Speak your affirmations out loud, meditated on them, and write about them in your journal.
