TARGET: Decrease avg. tech work order ticket response time from 1.1 to 1.0 days.
SPRING UPDATE: The response time was down to a matter of hours instead of days. Given this success, the metric will be revised for next year.
TARGET: Decrease avg. tech work order resolution time from 4.4 to 4.0 days.
SPRING UPDATE: The tech team worked really hard to reduce the resolution time to 4 days and were successful breaking that number from March on. The overall average for the beginning of the year was at 4.5.
TARGET: Schools & offices pass 100% of monthly health/safety checks.
SPRING UPDATE: Safety checks were not conducted during the spring semester. Updated protocols have been developed, reviewed, and revised in alignment with CDC and IDPH guidelines for screenings, quarantines, visitors, and a variety of other circumstances. Several vaccination clinics have been jointly hosted with the health department, providing vaccinations to almost 2,000 of our staff, students, and community members.
