TARGET: Improve Employee Engagement scores from 4.12 to 4.17 using the fall survey.
SPRING UPDATE: Building administration shared their building level survey data with their staff. Staff provided feedback on the identified strengths and opportunities for improvement. School Improvement Plan (SIP) teams helped the administrative teams to craft an action plan to increase an identified area of improvement from the survey. Staff were celebrated with individual recognitions for being named in the survey for doing great work.
TARGET: Increase the attendance rate of teachers who are absent fewer than 10 days for personal or illness from 84% to 89%.
SPRING UPDATE: Reports were run at the end of every month throughout the year starting with the month of September and through the end of each month. This year as a whole would be considered an outlier as teachers had the opportunity to work from home and not take sick days for reasons related to COVID and the pandemic. 99% of our teachers took less than 10 personal or illness days. Only 1% (or about 8) took 10 or more days off for personal or illness.
