TARGET: Increase Parent Satisfaction Survey scores from 4.12 to 4.17 using a winter survey.

SPRING UPDATE: The survey was administered in February in a digital and paper (dual language) format. 1,273 parents completed the survey and this was the highest level of survey participation we have had since initiating this survey as a district. Schools rolled out their data to parent groups and created building based action plans to target the identified opportunities for improvement.

TARGET: Develop a shared definition of equity that is inclusive of all forms of diversity in the 21-22 school year.

SPRING UPDATE: Implicit Bias (Continuing the Conversation) sessions were held for staff members that wanted to participate. Round Table discussions were also held on diversity and other social justice topics for staff to participate in.
