Check PTO mailbox
Coordinate with committees as needed
Attend and run meetings
Write, post, and distribute a PTO agenda every month
Check for Teacher Grants and copy them for meetings
Pre-approve all flyers
Keep track of fundraisers and any other events related to the PTO
Keep files of minutes, agendas, fundraisers, budget, teacher grants and any other money grants- digital not hardcopies.
Create Social Media Posts (i.e. facebook, instagram) would like to create social media chair to cover this.
Oversee budget expenditures every 2-3 months
Finalize the budget from the previous year
