Fulfillment Operations Manager (Newton, MA & Belmont, MA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-propelled, detail-oriented, and personable team member as a Fulfillment Operations Manager to specialize in managing the fulfillment and shipping of online orders and assisting with in-store operations.

Compensation: Competitive hourly and benefits, paid vacation, health insurance (full-time)

Location: Newton Lower Falls

This is a full-time position that includes weekends. Compensation will be hourly and there is a strong potential for growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• RECEIVING: Receiving product shipments, pricing and stocking products

• SHIPPING: Picking, packing, and labeling customer orders for shipment

• INVENTORY: Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory

Secondary Responsibilities:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone, completing customer sales in-store and over the phone

• ORGANIZING: Assisting in organizing the store and setting up in-store features, events, and promotions

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to "wear many hats" and adapt to multiple changing duties

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team
