Fulfillment Operations Associate (Newton, MA & Belmont, MA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented, and personable team member as a Fulfillment Operations Associate. In this role, you will fulfill and ship online orders and assist with in-store operations.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay and benefits including paid vacation and health insurance

Employment type: full-time

Location: Newton Lower Falls

This is a 40 hour/week position (with possibility of overtime) that includes weekends. Compensation will be hourly with strong potential for growth.

This position requires lifting and moving heavy objects.

Primary Responsibilities:

RECEIVING: Receiving product shipments, pricing and stocking products
SHIPPING: Picking, packing, and labeling customer orders for shipment
INVENTORY: Maintaining accurate inventory

Secondary Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
ORGANIZING: Organizing the store and assisting with in-store promotions and events

Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team
