Fulfillment Associate & Delivery Driver (Newton, MA & Belmont, MA)

Job Description

We are seeking a self-propelled, detail-oriented and personable team member as a Fulfillment Associate & Delivery Driver to specialize in fulfilling and shipping online orders and assisting with in store operations.

Compensation: Competitive hourly and benefits, paid vacation, health insurance (full-time)

Location: Newton

This is a full-time position that includes weekends. Compensation will be hourly and there is a strong potential for growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• RECEIVING: Receiving product shipments, pricing and stocking products

• SHIPPING: Picking, packing, and labeling customer orders for shipment

• INVENTORY: Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory

• DELIVERY: Local deliveries for outdoor furniture and Big Green Egg during peak season. Must have drivers license

• Secondary Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone, completing customer sales in-store and over the phone

• ORGANIZING: Assisting in organizing the store and setting up in-store features, events, and promotions

• Ability to work with computerized inventory management systems

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to "wear many hats" and adapt to multiple changing duties

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in decor, design, and home entertaining

• Receiving and unpacking merchandise

• Required to have the ability to lift and move heavy objects

• Ability to connect with customers and provide great customer service

• Must have drivers license
