Report any suspicious events that violate DiDi’s Information Security Policy (VPN access required), involve DiDi data, or misuse computer resources, passwords, and access.
Here are some examples:
🍊Data leakage or disclosure: Unauthorized sharing of sensitive information.
🍊Malware infection: Malicious software installed on your device/computer.
🍊Clicking on a suspicious link or attachment: Potentially harmful links or email files.
🍊Unauthorized access: Someone accessing systems or data without permission.
🍊Data destruction or corruption: Loss or damage to data.
🍊DoS or DDoS attacks: When external websites, web apps, or mobile apps are overwhelmed with traffic, making them unavailable.
🍊Misuse of internal systems: Improper use of company resources.
🍊Write the reason for the report (e.g., "Suspicious Link Clicked").
🍊Explain what happened, when it happened, how it happened, and who was involved.
