Mobility remains at the heart of our mission. Users saved an average of $44,200 mxn per year, equivalent to 43 times the basic food basket. And for our driver partners, this means steady earning opportunities and the chance to support their families while connecting people across the country.
Restaurants continue to thrive thanks to DiDi Food. The study revealed that 35% of restaurants optimized costs through digitization, and 1 in 4 hired more staff after joining the platform. From neighborhood taquerías to family owned cafés, DiDi Food has become a powerful ally for entrepreneurs, helping them expand their reach and grow sustainably.
DiDi Fintech is bridging financial gaps. The report showed that DiDi Préstamos boosted users’ purchasing power by 71%, while DiDi Cuenta offers the market’s highest return at 15%, helping people grow their savings faster. This means more Mexicans can grow their money faster and access tools that were once out of reach, empowering people to take control of their future.
One of the most inspiring voices came from Karla Madera, an entrepreneur and mother of two from Guadalajara.
Starting as a DiDi driver in 2018, Karla later opened Café Galería with just a crepe cart in her garage. By joining DiDi Food, she expanded her reach and grew her business into a full café with employees and loyal customers. With support from DiDi Préstamos, she is now working on expanding to new locations.
Her journey shows how DiDi’s ecosystem—Mobility, Food, and Fintech—empowers families and entrepreneurs to thrive.
Impulso DiDi was also a communications milestone, the event brought together 100+ high-profile guests, including journalists, creators, regulators, partners, and of course… Orangers. This event generated 270+ publications nationwide with 100% positive coverage, alongside interviews with top outlets like Reforma, Fast Company, Animal Político, and Milenio.
