Furthermore, this project stimulates collaboration among teams, facilitating the transition of not-so-connected strategies to a centralized approach focused on maximizing value for restaurants, users, and couriers.
Key Initiatives:
Boosting User Engagement: We're harnessing consumption moments by offering low delivery fees from 10 am to 1 pm and leveraging the DiDi Pack to enhance user engagement, push notifications, and targeted paid marketing. Make the most of these promotions if you're in CDMX.
Enhancing Conversion Rates: Our strategic promotions on popular dishes from brands like Green Grass, Sushi Itto, Starbucks, Moshi Moshi, Papa John's, and more, are resulting in a noticeable increase in transactions.
Targeted Reward Strategy: As part of these efforts, our Delivery team has implemented this strategy to increase supply capacity in specific areas and moments, prioritized to meet demand, resulting in significant increases in total supply hours (THS).
Social Media: We're expanding our presence through offline marketing efforts in restaurants and billboards on major avenues across Mexico City.
